My personal journey with spirituality began in May 2013 that has evolved to relaxation treatments.

For many years I had been on an emotional roller coaster until one day I could no longer function physically or mentally.  I had to take a leave of absence from work to take care of my health as it had been slowly deteriorating due to anxiety, fatigue, lack of self-esteem, low energy, aches and pains. A colleague had recommended that I seek help from Jennifer Clark a well-known, respected and Professional Spiritual Teacher and Angel Therapy Practitioner®.  I ended up surprised and was inspired in so many ways and she had given me invaluable advice to help me in my journey to self-discovery, as well as, my personal and professional development. 

 

What I did was indulge myself in body massages to help ease the physical aches and pains.  This reduced my stress and tension tremendously.  Then I took a leap of faith and began my spiritual journey.  Reiki was one of the treatments that Jennifer had recommended and, therefore, I had my first experience with Reiki and I was blown away.  During the session I felt an immediate inner peace, then I drifted into a deep relaxation, with just that one treatment. I then began the training that allowed me to study this amazing art of healing.  I now have the blessing of being able to share this amazing experience with others.

My journey has led me to learn other fascinating healing modalities to add to my new practice such as; Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Ayurvedic Foot Massage,  and other soothing, calming and relaxing treatments to help ease the mind, body and soul.

 

I was so inspired and fascinated with the impact that all of this has had on me, as well as my family, friends and colleagues that I now bring YOU with passion and love these wonderful gifts of holistic healing treatments through my world of LOR’S HOLISTIC HEALTH TREATMENTS.
